Ensure team accurately completes daily sales
Attend to day-to-day operational issues
Build culture of operations excellence
Devote time on emerging topics
Improve operational efficiency
Lead boutique level projects
Motivate and inspire Boutique Support Team
Support team members development

Team & Collaboration
Works with stakeholders in formulating and updating Boutique SOPs; Works with relevant stakeholders on emerging topics; Works closely with Office Retail Operations Team; Works with L&D stakeholders on team members’ learning and development plans
