■ブティックの予算管理、数値分析・レポーティング業務 ・売上の分析やレポート作成業務を通して、マネジメントメンバーへ定期的な課題提起を行う ・ブティックのKPI進捗管理 ・CRMガイドラインに従って、新規客/ 離反客/ 既存顧客を適切にフォローできるよう適切なデータ提示する ・百貨店のビジネス動向及びコンペティター情報の収集とレポート業務 ■店舗(ブティック)の運営 ・個人情報の管理(顧客、社員) ・アドミニストレーション業務 (シフト作成を含む勤怠管理、ベンダーの請求書管理、ブティックの在庫管理、用度品/貸与品管理、社内メール/電話対応 など) ・資産の管理(製品・IT機器・備品・什器品) ・百貨店/社内の関係部門との調整業務
