An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED CBP PUBLIC TRUST, Bachelor's degree, THREE (3) or more years of experience in data analytics or related field

Nice to Have

Master's degree in relevant field (Public Policy, Business, Economics or Engineering), Experience developing process automations using the MS PowerPlatform, Experience supporting CBP and/or understanding of the nomenclature and organizational structure of offices within CBP, Experience working with DHS components, Experience using R, SQL, or similar programs to refine data sets, Experience developing technical requirements, designing and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations, and/or business cases, Experience building and maintaining dashboards in MS PowerBI or Tableau to develop data visualizations, Experience presenting data analytics to non-technical clientele and developing effective briefings and communication products

**_Job Family_ :** Data Engineering & Architecture Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Public Trust ** _What You Will Do_ :** The Data Analyst will join a dynamic team supporting U.S Federal law enforcement customers. In this role, the candidate will develop technical artifacts, briefings and analytical products for key government customers. In addition, they will support transformational initiatives to optimize processes and programs. Duties will include: * Collaborate with the client to define analytic needs or problems, determine the scope of efforts, define and execute data collection approaches, and plan and conduct analyses, studies, and surveys. * Support efforts to help operations meet requirements involving productivity, use, efficiency, and effectiveness. * Develop and maintain data analytics, dashboards, and data processes, tools, and templates. * Develop analytical products to support enterprise data reporting and analysis. * Define requirements for key technical programs and initiatives. * Coordinate with non-technical users to scope and gather requirements. * Identify, summarize, and catalog data elements and issues, and make recommendations to the client on how to resolve or mitigate the issues. * Request, document, report, and analyze data, and where applicable, create tools and resources to support data and reporting. * Develop draft presentations and talking points to support executive briefings. * Support hybrid work environments involving work on client site, in a Guidehouse office, and remote. **_What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED CBP PUBLIC TRUST * Bachelor's degree * THREE (3) or more years of experience in data analytics or related field ** _What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * Master's degree in relevant field (Public Policy, Business, Economics or Engineering)Experience developing process automations using the MS PowerPlatform * Experience supporting CBP and/or understanding of the no
