What You'll Do.
Serve as primary bookkeeping contact

Perform QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
Perform account maintenance
Complete monthly reconciliations
Prepare financial reporting packages
Prepare supporting documentation
Ensure month-end reporting accuracy
Deliver month-end reports
Review 'Ask My Accountant' balances
Resolve bookkeeping items
Assist with onboarding new clients
Perform QuickBooks Online setup
Implement chart of accounts
Perform initial bookkeeping cleanup
Participate in onboarding meetings
Ensure documentation completion
Ensure access requests completion
Utilize workflow systems
Manage bookkeeping deliverables
