What You'll Do.
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts (US banks)
Managing the corporate credit cards
Processing and reviewing employee expense reimbursement reports
Opening new vendors in compliance with US tax regulations
Accurate recording of vendor invoices
Reviewing and recording AP invoices
Ensuring expenses are aligned with the approved budget
Managing the invoice approval process
Preparing and processing timely vendor payments
AR billing and helping with collection
Ongoing reconciliation
including closing entries and cut-off accounts
Assisting with EOM procedures
Bank and credit card reconciliation verification

About the position: Salt Security is looking for a Bookkeeper to take full ownership of the US parent company’s (Inc.) bookkeeping activities and join our Finance team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a small and fast-moving team.
