What You'll Do.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records across multiple business entities using Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
including invoice creation and tracking
Perform regular bank reconciliations and transaction matching
Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
including Profit & Loss statements and cash flow summaries
Ensure financial records are clean
Monitor and flag anomalies
or potential cash flow concerns proactively
Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation
Support ongoing financial process improvements and operational efficiency
