### Bookings & Account Manager (Tenancy & Construction) ### Job Overview Our UK-based client in the property services sector is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded **Bookings & Account Manager** to oversee client relationships and manage service bookings within their Tenancy and Construction Cleaning division. This role sits at the centre of the client experience, ensuring property managers, developers, and landlords receive exceptional service while maintaining a fully optimised project schedule. The successful candidate will combine **relationship management, consultative sales, and operational coordination** to support business growth and deliver outstanding service. Rather than focusing on cold sales, this position centres on **developing long-term client relationships, converting incoming enquiries, and identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.** ### Responsibilities ### Account Management & Strategic Growth * Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, developers, and landlords. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure the company remains the preferred service provider. * Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting, and specialist construction cleaning. * Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews to maintain satisfaction and identify upcoming projects. * Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within the CRM system. ### Lead Conversion & Booking Management * Manage incoming enquiries via shared inboxes and booking platforms with professionalism and prompt responses. * Prepare tailored quotations for prospective and existing clients. * Follow up on quotations using a consultative approach to maximise conversion rates. * Manage scheduling and job details within the ServiceM8 job management system. * Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly coordinated with operational teams. ### D
