Fluent in Romanian, Fluent in English, One year of work experience in Customer Service, logistics, freight forwarding, or related field, Be able to handle difficult situations well, Able to carry out high-level professional communication, Be flexible and easily adapt to the work environment, Have initiative and the ability to develop solutions, To reach for perfection in the details of your work, To be oriented towards customer satisfaction, Have high quality standards

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related field, Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics, IATA/FIATA, Broker’s License, University/Specialist Certifications
