The Boiler Service Technician-Level 3 is responsible for advanced service, maintenance, and repair of hot water and steam boiler systems in commercial and industrial environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, including burner setup and combustion on dual-fuel systems, as well as a solid understanding of control and motor wiring. Candidates must have knowledge of 3-element feedwater systems, parallel positioning controls, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with analog circuits and transmitters. The ideal technician ensures high-performance, safety, and efficiency while delivering expert-level service to our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintenance, repair, and installation of boilers. Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and has strong troubleshooting skills 5 years of related experience in field. COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver's license, Universal EPA certification LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASON
