Boiler Mechanic – JLL **What this job involves:** This position oversees and monitors the operation of critical building systems including refrigeration, emergency backup systems, boilers, and related mechanical/electrical equipment. The role requires analyzing system operations, troubleshooting problems, performing preventive maintenance, and making adjustments to ensure proper equipment function. The position involves working rotating shifts and requires the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with supervisors. What your day-to-day will look like: * Perform annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance and repair service work on industrial**** boiler systems, including steam and hot water boilers, feedwater systems, and associated pumps and controls. * Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and repair services on boiler auxiliary equipment including combustion air systems, fuel delivery systems, water treatment equipment, and safety instrumentation. * Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of boiler manufacturers, air compressor manufactures, cooling towers, pumps, motors using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations. * Performing preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment with minimal disruption, including assembling tools, com
