Boeing Global Services Information Technology Senior Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company As the **Boeing Global Services Information Technology Senior Manager** you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for partnering with BGS Government Services business leaders to strategize, coordinate and execute the breadth of Information Technology initiatives that support transformational and sustaining IT capabilities. Responsible for building and sustaining strategic relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, ensuring strong alignment between IT priorities and business objectives. Leads the definition, alignment, and delivery of IT strategic goals that enable enterprise performance and business growth. Develops and communicates forward-looking IT roadmaps, and drives the deployment of new capabilities in close coordination with business execution. Provides enterprise leadership for coordination and integration across core IT teams and product divisions to maximize value from strategic initiatives, including Digital Transformation and subsidiary integration efforts. Champions continuous improvement in unit cost performance while advancing innovation and new IT capabilities within the constraints of the Information Technology budget.
