Must Have

10+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services, 10+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface, 10+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations

Nice to Have

Masters degree, computer science or similar discipline, Experience in formal project or product management and history of delivering initiatives producing measurable productivity or efficiency gains, Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and change-leadership skills, Experience influencing leaders and cross functional dispersed teams, Experience facilitating cross-functional teams (e. g. , leading lean workshops, conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), resolving conflicts, producing clear actionable outcomes, Experience with lean problem-solving skills

Partnering with BGS Government Services business leaders; Building and sustaining strategic relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape; Coordination and integration across core IT teams and product divisions; Coordinate solution teams, architects, program managers and stakeholders

Excellent communicator who can engage and motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed; Engage across all levels of leadership

Process & Methodology

Definition, alignment, and delivery of IT strategic goals, Deployment of new capabilities, Formal project or product management
