AlphaHire is seeking experienced construction executives and operational leaders to join its Executive Construction Council — a private advisory group composed of senior industry operators helping shape the future of construction workforce intelligence, operational forecasting, and labor market interpretation. This council brings together leaders from commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical development, industrial construction, renewable energy, and specialty contracting environments to provide operational perspective on the workforce conditions affecting execution, growth, profitability, and project delivery across the industry. Council members contribute real-world executive insight drawn from active leadership experience managing labor-constrained operations, regional expansion, workforce scaling, compensation pressure, and complex project environments.
