This role is responsible for developing individualized behavior interventions, supervising ABA programming, supporting staff development, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and adolescents. The ideal candidate is passionate about behavioral health, possesses extensive expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and is dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
