Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Boston/Rockland area! Responsibilities: * Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan * Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs * Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff * Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness * Supervise Behavior Therapists * Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers ## Qualifications * Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field * Current BCBA Certification * Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts * Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs * Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation ## Additional Information * Monthly Productivity Incentives * Referral Incentives * Medical, Dental, Vision, long-term disability and life insurance * 401(K) Retirement Plan * Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay Please visit our website at www.beaconservices.org to learn more about our organization!
