Must Have
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, State licensure or registration as a behavior analyst where required, Minimum 2 years of direct experience implementing and supervising ABA-based interventions, Proof of immunization status and background check clearance per school district requirements
Nice to Have
3+ years of school-based behavior analysis or RBT-supervision experience, Experience with FBA and BIP development in school contexts, Experience with school-wide positive behavior support (PBS) and MTSS, Training in autism spectrum disorder and complex behavioral presentations
