What You'll Do.

Manage caseload of 6–8 clients

Conduct functional assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans

Provide clinical supervision to RBTs

Provide clinical supervision to Lead Therapists

Monitor treatment fidelity

Adjust programming based on client progress

Provide parent coaching

Provide progress updates to families

Lead interdisciplinary discussions
