Full Job Description

The Evergreen Center is a private non-profit organization that provides living and learning environments for children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. The Evergreen Center welcomes all individuals from various backgrounds and experiences through cultural equity, inclusion, and diversity. The Evergreen Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to work as a Behavioral Education Team Supervisor. In this role you will design and implement behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs, collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, serve as a liaison between Evergreen, the student, and various stakeholders, and assist with the day-to-day coordination of activities for students. This role also functions as a manager providing staff supervision, training, and development $5,000 Sign On Bonus ## Qualifications * Current BCBA certification, in the process to obtain BCBA certification, or willingness to enroll in a BCBA certification program * Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related field * 3-5 years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities * Supervision experience preferred (2 years) * Driver's license required ## Additional Information Benefits * $5,000 Sign On Bonus * Medical and dental insurance * Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time * Tuition support and paid professional days * 403(b) retirement savings plan * Relocation stipend up to $2000 Work Hours * Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Please visit our website at www.evergreenctr.org to learn more about our organization!
