As the BCBA at Rivermont Schools, you will design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral programs that help students reach their full potential. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote positive behavior, skill development, and meaningful progress for every learner. What You'll Need - Master’s degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine - Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities - Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) practices - Valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing What You'll Do - Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans - Provide clinical supervision, staff training, and ongoing performance feedback to ensure program fidelity and quality - Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies within educational and therapeutic settings - Monitor data and outcomes to guide program adjustments and ensure progress toward student goals - Deliver direct services and crisis support as needed, maintaining compliance with all clinical and documentation standards Why You’ll Love Working Here - Enjoy both paid time off and extra paid school breaks (for select roles), plus paid holidays - Wellness perks including gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings - Tuition reimbursement, career development programs, and leadership traini
