We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery. We serve our clients in various settings, including center-based, in-home, and school environments, allowing for flexible and supportive care tailored to each individual’s needs. **YOUR VALUED ROLE** In this role, you will be responsible for: * Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors. * Designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans. * Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings. * Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff. * Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. * Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness. * Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client progress. **Requirements** * Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. * Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. * Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to ongoing pro
