Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Long Island, NY Pay: $85.00 –$100.00 hourly Job Type: Contract Location: Long Island, NY (Multiple Positions Available) Join a Team That Makes a Meaningful Impact! At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS), we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that empower children and families to thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Long Island, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical excellence, collaboration, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessionals and behavior staff Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis Modify programming based on clinical data and treatment outcomes Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services Qualifications: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis Bilingual English/Spanish preferred What Makes You a Great Fit: You are compassionate, driven, and committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.
