Position Overview: As a BCBA, you will oversee the full clinical process for your assigned clients—from assessments and treatment planning to supervision and parent training. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring services remain individualized, data-driven, and focused on meaningful progress. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) Analyze client progress data and make appropriate program modifications Conduct parent training to support carryover and generalization of skills Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and funding-source requirements Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery Qualifications: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analys
