Must Have
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification required, Valid state license to practice as a BCBA, Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services, Experience with behavior assessment and treatment plan development, Experience supervising RBTs and other behavior technicians
Nice to Have
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, Experience in a supervisory or management role, Experience working with diverse populations

Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide direct behavior intervention services
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
Collaborate with families and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
