What You'll Do.

Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery

Conduct initial and follow-up functional

behavioral and developmental

Develop client's BIPs and Treatment Plans

Oversee client's BIPs and Treatment Plans

Implement client's BIPs and Treatment Plans

Serve as clinical lead on client cases

Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians

Monitor client programs to analyze data

Measure client program progress

Make changes to treatment plan

Observe program implementation

Provide training on interventions

Work closely with clients

Work closely with families

Provide family training

Provide family support

Meet with primary caregivers

Discuss observations and concerns

Collaborate with colleagues
