Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour Job description: We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team. Responsibilities: Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments Providing Parent Trainings Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis. Skills: Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings Strong communication skills Strong data collection and analysis skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement What sets YOU apart?
