Greet and engage with customers

Guide customers through the entire sales process
from initial inquiry to final purchase
ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full BMW lineup
Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
Stay up to date on industry trends
and new BMW vehicle releases.
