## Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced **BMS Project Manager** to lead the delivery of a major**BMS and Controls programme** on a large, secure site. This is a high-profile, long-term project where you will take ownership of day-to-day onsite delivery, working closely with a Senior Project Manager, engineering teams, and the end customer to ensure safe, high-quality and commercially successful outcomes. This role offers strong technical challenge, project ownership, and long-term career development within a global leader in smart building solutions. Please note: This role is site-based Monday - Friday and requires security vetting. ## **What We Offer** * Competitive salary + bonus + company car * Private healthcare & life assurance * Pension scheme (up to 7% employer contribution) * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Clear career progression and development pathways * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Access to wellbeing and mental health support ## **Key Responsibilities** * Lead onsite project delivery, coordination, and progress reporting * Build and maintain strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships * Validate design assumptions and support costing, scope definition, and execution planning * Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and commercial outcomes * Track and report project progress to senior stakeholders * Ensure HSE compliance and conduct risk assessments * Support and mentor junior team members ## **What We’re Looking For** ### **Essential** * Proven **project management experience within BMS / Building Controls** * Track record delivering projects in the **£1M–£4M + range (ideally larger)** * Strong **commercial and financial awareness** * Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience leading **onsite delivery teams** * Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word * CSCS card & SSSTS (or willingness to obtain) * Full UK driving licence * Eligible for security clearance ### **Desira
