What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services) or related field, 2–10+ years in BMSAS project delivery or related field, Proven experience managing complex technical projects, Knowledge of BMS platforms (e. g. , Distech, Honeywell, Schneider, Trend), Understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc. ), Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, planning and organizational skills, Knowledge of budgeting and planning tools, Budgeting and cost control expertise, Excellent communication and leadership abilities, Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Lead end-to-end BMS project lifecycle (design
and resource requirements
Develop project plans and track progress against milestones
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee design and implementation of BMS systems (HVAC
Review technical specifications
and control strategies
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates
Manage expectations and resolve issues effectively
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Ensure proper communication across all parties
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
and contract management
Ensure systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
and system validation
Ensure proper documentation and handover to the client

Coordinating technical teams; Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors; Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and vendors; Ensure proper communication across all parties
