What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–7+ years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations roles, understanding of MOS, MBR cadence, KPI management, and governance frameworks, Experience in data analytics, demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and cross-system data integration, Executive-level communication and storytelling, Structured problem solving and root cause analysis, attention to detail with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams, Bias for action and accountability
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent experience, Experience supporting or managing NPI / product lifecycle governance strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Supports and enhances the operating cadence by preparing
and continuously improving MBR and MOS routines
Maintains MOS artifacts including KPI dashboards
Facilitates pre‑MBR reviews
driving issue clarity
and follow‑through on committed actions
Partners with Sales Operations to deliver actionable performance insights across bookings
Synthesizes complex data into clear
executive‑ready narratives
and proactively recommends actions to improve sales execution and forecast accuracy
Leads the NPI governance framework
ensuring disciplined progression through phase gates
transparent decision‑making
and alignment to financial and strategic priorities
Owns and maintains NPI cadence
including gate reviews
readiness assessments

Partners with Product Management
and Operations to ensure accountability
and on‑time/on‑budget delivery
Acts as a key execution arm of the PMO
tracking strategic initiatives
and risks across portfolios
Drives standardization of execution tools
