Must Have
Experience in BMS & HVAC systems, HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering, Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols, communication skills, both verbal and written, Clean UK driving license
Nice to Have
Experience working on JCI's Metasys systems, Technically minded individual with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, Familiarity with Trend, Tridium, or Metasys systems, Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels

Full Job Description
### **What you will do** Join our Building Efficiency Division, delivering energy-efficient solutions to over a million customers globally. As a **BMS Engineer** , you’ll perform routine service and maintenance on Building Management Systems across key sites in **London and the South**. You’ll support stakeholders with BMS-related queries, identify small works opportunities, and may join the on-call rota for emergency callouts. **Who we’re looking for** We’re ideally looking for candidates with experience working on JCI's **Metasys** systems. However, if you’re a **technically minded** individual with hands-on experience in **HVAC systems** —such as AHUs, FCUs, Chillers—and have worked with **Trend, Tridium or any other BMS products** , we encourage you to apply.
