Work environment: Field-based across active construction sites and operational data center environments, Physical requirements: Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in mechanical spaces, Lifting tools and equipment (up to ~50 lbs.), Working in variable environmental conditions, Travel required within PNW region, May require extended or non-standard hours based on project demands, Willingness to be located within driving distance of Umatilla and travel as required

What You'll Do.
Execute installation of control system components including wiring

Diagnose basic hardware
and system issues and escalate when required
Complete assigned work scopes accurately and within defined timelines
and timely documentation of all work performed and test results
Read and interpret control drawings and schematics to execute field work
Coordinate directly with senior technicians
and project teams on-site
and compliance requirements without exception
Build and demonstrate increasing proficiency in PLC/Ignition systems through hands-on execution

Full Job Description
## Description Mantis Innovation provides managed facility services and turnkey program management with technology-enabled solutions that target the entire building footprint. We look at the entire facility—inside and out—and can impact 70% of what a building operator allocates critical budget dollars toward, including: Strategic electricity and natural gas procurement, renewable energy, and demand response; climate impact reduction and reporting, net zero strategies, and sustainability planning; roofing, solar, HVAC assessment management, pavement, building envelope, data center optimization, and EV charging; lighting/LED retrofits, HVAC/mechanical systems, and BMS/BAS improvements and implementation. This role exists to build entry-level PLC/Ignition capability in the Umatilla, OR area to support Sabey data center projects and ongoing service work.
