What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Systems Management, Information Technology, or related field, 5+ years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain management, Finance, and Business Management, Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, Must demonstrate verbal and written communication skills, Able to balance competing priorities, Able to handle complex situations, Able to handle tight deadlines, Emphasis on organizational skills, Emphasis on attention to detail
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in a supply chain setting, Direct experience supporting a Supply Chain Planning package, preferably Blue Yonder Luminate Demand Edge, Direct experience in an industry with a strongly regulated or complex supply chain, SQL Skills and Crystal Reports, Cognos Business Intelligence / similar reporting platform experience, hands-on knowledge of supporting Supply Chain technologies & standards including UPC/GTINs, GS/UCC128 Labeling, VICS Bills of Lading, Knowledge of Networking, and electronic interfacing methods (EDI, XML, Flat File, etc.), Knowledge of related transport methods (EDI VAN, AS2, FTP, etc.), Bilingual Spanish/English skills
