Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Design, develop, and implement scalable Blue Prism automation solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures. Lead and support UAT activities, defect resolution, and quality assurance processes across automation projects. Act as a technical advisor for clients, guiding them on Blue Prism best practices and the Robotic Operating Model (ROM). Deliver workshops and enablement sessions to upskill client technical teams and promote automation self-sufficiency. Identify opportunities to expand automation within client organizations and support roadmap development. Perform peer reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation quality. Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and high-quality outcomes. Requirements: 3+ years of software development experience with exposure to enterprise or automation projects. Hands-on experience with Blue Prism development and certification as Blue Prism Developer (Professional certifications are a strong plus). Strong programming skills in .NET or Python. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/SOAP web services. Strong consulting and client-facing skills with the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor. Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
