**Title:** BLS: Environment Safety Manager (Contingency Hire) **Program Summary** The Basic Life Support Services, US Embassy Caracas program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting the US Department of State’s operations in Venezuela. In addition to providing ongoing base operations and life support services, under this contract KBR will provide facility maintenance, procurement, critical supply functions, along with food service, base camp operations, renovations, and construction. **Job Summary** The Task Order Safety Manager leads and oversees all HSE activities for the Basic Life Support Services, US Embassy Caracas program, ensuring operations comply with contractual, regulatory, and organizational safety requirements.
