Set up and operate Blow Mold machinery

Maintain Blow Mold machinery and associated support equipment

Perform and document hourly bottle quality inspections

Address equipment problems to minimize downtime

Coordinate master sanitation activities

Generate work orders for process improvements and maintenance items

Maintain documentation associated with operations

Operate equipment according to standards

and cleanliness standards

Ensure required maintenance is performed

Ensure all resources are available for production run

Setup oncoming shift for successful run

Perform any duties necessary to support the team

Obtain information necessary to perform duties

Understand and operate blow molders and support equipment

Vigilantly monitor equipment operation

Perform tasks involving food safety and quality

Job Summary: Blow Mold Facility Operators set up and operate the Blow Mold machinery according to established company standards to achieve key performance indicators and to ensure that all warehouse goods (e. g. finished goods, raw materials) are loaded, unloaded and stored accurately and safely according to established company standards Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Makes controlled adjustments to equipment in accordance with SOP’ s. Maintains the Blow Mold machinery and associated support equipment. Performs and documents hourly bottle quality inspections. Addresses equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime. Coordinates master sanitation activities to uphold GMP’s of the room. Ensure work orders are generated for process improvements and maintenance items. Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations. Operates equipment such that bottle is handled IAW Hood standards. Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated area. Ensures that all required maintenance is performed.
