What You'll Achieve.
achieve key performance indicators; ensure that all warehouse goods (e. g. finished goods, raw materials) are loaded, unloaded and stored accurately and safely according to established company standards

Excellent Troubleshoot Experience; Addresses equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime; Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, At least 3+ years experience in manufacturing, Intermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc), Mechanical Skills, Excellent Troubleshoot Experience, Ability to work well with people, Communication skills are a must, Multi-tasked Individual, Good manual dexterity, Ability to work independently
What You'll Do.
Set up and operate Blow Mold machinery
Maintain Blow Mold machinery and associated support equipment
Perform and document hourly bottle quality inspections
Address equipment problems to minimize downtime
Coordinate master sanitation activities
Generate work orders for process improvements and maintenance items
Maintain documentation associated with operations
Operate equipment according to standards
and cleanliness standards
Ensure required maintenance is performed
Ensure all resources are available for production run
Setup oncoming shift for successful run
Perform any duties necessary to support the team
Obtain information necessary to perform duties
Understand and operate blow molders and support equipment
Vigilantly monitor equipment operation
Perform tasks involving food safety and quality

Team & Collaboration
cross-functional coordination; Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations; Setup oncoming shift for successful run; Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team; Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre shift team meetings, and by meeting with off going Blow mold operators and/or Technicians
