You should be adept at balancing speed and quality, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards through AI-augmented workflows. Key job responsibilities * Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives * Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content * Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various enhanced by AI for scenario generation, assessment creation, and content personalization * Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives utilizing AI to generate first drafts, variations, and quality improvements
