What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in human services related field OR Associates Degree with 12 College Credits relevant to position and two (2) years’ experiences in the mental health/human service field, Valid driver’s license
What You'll Do.
Negotiate complex systems
Assist in maintaining access to basic living needs
Provide crisis intervention
Develop service plans
Develop treatment plans
Develop individual crisis plans
Gain understanding of client data
Prepare and complete documentation
Assist client in gaining funding authorization
Participate in agency investigations
Perform other related duties as assigned
