The operator will manage process orders from start to finish, recording all important details. This includes adding materials in the correct amounts and at the right times, monitoring temperatures, mixtures, and chemical reactions, and taking samples at scheduled times to ensure consistent, high-quality batches. Once the batch passes quality control, the operator will package the finished product properly. Responsibilities: * Record Data & Follow Orders: Accurately record batch data and submit to the shift leader to ensure inventory accuracy. * Operate Equipment : Efficiently run PLCs, recipe systems, and equipment, adding raw materials and monitoring temperatures to complete quality batches on schedule.
