This is an regular/open-ended post based in Quezon City. _Major Responsibilities_ **Conducts regular inspection of the following:** * Facility related equipment and machines which include air conditioning system, elevator and generator. * Building roof, walls and façade; electrical, plumbing, painting and lighting. **Facilitates daily office minor repair and maintenance works such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry works and/or repairs including workstation configurations and moves:** * Diagnose equipment and machinery issues through inspection, operation, and testing. * Clean and lubricate mechanical components such as shafts, bearings, and gears. * Install, assemble, and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and equipment, including fixing leaks and replacing light bulbs. * Perform minor carpentry and painting works (e.g., cabinet fabrication, painting of doors and stairs). * Use hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring and testing instruments, as required. * Perform basic metalwork using cutting torches or welding equipment. **Coordinate with and supervise service providers for routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations.** **Clean and refill water storage tanks according to schedule.** **Maintain adequate
