What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years blasting experience, 2+ years painting experience, Experience with spray application, Experience using blasting tools, Basic mechanical knowledge, Good hand-eye coordination, Attention to detail, Read and understand work instructions, Basic math skills, High School Diploma/GED
Nice to Have
Familiarity with primers, Familiarity with epoxies, Familiarity with urethanes, Familiarity with industrial coatings
