We're looking for a Business Operations Senior Lead, to drive profitability and growth across our Pet insurance line while leading strategic initiatives that move Lemonade forward. You'll work as a "mini-COO" for our Pet Company, tackling the biggest business challenges while collaborating on cross-functional projects that take ideas from 0 to 1. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution - where data meets decision-making and where your leadership directly impacts our mission to transform insurance.
