As Business Operations Engineers, we ensure platform stability through robust monitoring and adherence to software run principles. Our responsibilities include: • Implementing changes, designing operational processes, and driving automation. • Building fault-tolerant, scalable products through proactive monitoring. • Managing daily operations with a strong focus on triage and root cause analysis, understanding business impact, and conducting blameless post-mortems. • Proactively managing production and change activities to maximize customer experience and application value. • Mitigating risk and ensuring compliance across all environments. • Aligning product and customer priorities with operational needs by providing continuous feedback throughout the lifecycle.
