Our team consists of pioneers in robotics and machine learning and skilled operators. We are now hiring to scale our efforts. We are looking for hands-on individuals who are excited to help shape the future of robotics. Role Overview We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join the Head of Operations’ team. You'll translate strategy into execution, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build the systems that enable rapid growth. This is a generalist role for someone who wants broad scope across company operations: from keeping our project plans on track and managing vendors to supporting financial modeling and establishing the core processes that will allow us to scale. It suits a highly organized, analytical operator who wants to help build from the ground up. Responsibilities - Build Repeatable Playbooks: Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize operational efficiencies, and establish our ways of working - Contribute to Strategy and Operating model: build financial models and business analyses that help inform how we scale and make critical decisions - Drive Execution: coordinate across teams and initiatives to help unblock issues - Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Head of Operations and leadership on strategic initiatives such as fundraising support, board deck preparation, and long-term planning - Special Projects: Act as a "Department of One" for emerging needs in finance, marketing, legal, and partnerships as we scale - Systems Implementation & Ownership: Beyond just designing processes, you will be responsible for the "last mile" of execution, anything from managing vendors and the procurement lifecycle, to helping stay on top of our legal and financial filings.
