As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you’ll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. A day in the life of a Bistro Supervisor: * Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget * Lead the bistro in a hands on basis in guest service, health and safety, compliance and cleanliness * Ensure all team members are correctly inducted, trained and developed, particularly in product knowledge e.g, ingredients in food, menu items, promotional items and specials * Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings * Work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to help grow the food offer * Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance ## Qualifications About you: * You have great experience in food, particularly in a venue pub/club environment * You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates * You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends * You hold a current RSA certificate * You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
