What You'll Do.
Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and productivity
and/or direct visitors
Deal with incoming/outgoing correspondence
Manage Biometric system
and visitors’ sign-up
Maintain office condition and arrange technical services
Co-ordinate and maintain administrative records such as staff and guest parking
Monitor office supplies inventory and take care of groceries and water supplies
Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines
Take care of office maintenance
Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
