What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in fire sprinkler systems management or building operations, Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams, knowledge of UK fire protection standards and regulations, Project management experience in facilities or property management, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification, Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midlands, South Wales, and South West, leadership and people management skills, Excellent technical problem-solving abilities, Effective communication and stakeholder management, Attention to detail and commitment to quality, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, Commercial awareness and budget management skills, Coaching and mentoring capabilities
What You'll Do.

Regular travel throughout the region required **Summary of Role** You will be responsible for overseeing and managing small-scale fire sprinkler installation, maintenance, and modification projects across the Midlands, South Wales, and South West of England.
