What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in BIOS/UEFI firmware development, at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, In-depth knowledge of x86/ARM architecture, chipsets, and platform initialization, Proficiency in C/C++ programming, assembly language, understanding of UEFI architecture, ACPI, SMBIOS, and other industry standards, Experience with various debug tools (e. g. , ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers), Familiarity with source control systems (e. g. , Git), bug tracking tools, Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, written and verbal communication skills, Experience with project management methodologies and tools, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
