Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 2 or more years of customer service experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field, 2 or more years customer service experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical industry

What You'll Do.

Provides administrative

and client support for biopharma service activities.

Coordinate meetings by supporting scheduling

and documentation of minutes and action items.

and deliverables to help ensure timely execution and follow-through.

Prepare and distribute routine project status updates and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.

Assist with client service activities by responding to requests

coordinating communications

and helping maintain working relationships.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation

and project files in applicable systems and reports.

Support month-end processes

including client invoicing

and related administrative follow-up.

Assist with sample accessioning and related operational support activities as needed.

Help ensure work is completed accurately

and in alignment with internal procedures and quality expectations.
