Industry & Context.
On Call (casual) team member, Expected to be available all five days, Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm for substitute coverage, Hours are not guaranteed, Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization, US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization, Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration, Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints, Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public

Must Have
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization, US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization, Ability to stand upright on one’s feet for scheduled shift duration, Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands to obtain quality fingerprints, Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public, Ability to type and use basic computer skills, Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days

What You'll Do.
Complete biometrics registration for applicants
Ensure approved applicants and visitors entry
Provide front-line customer service
Perform quality biometrics processing
Screen applicants entering the facility
Utilize crowd control barriers
Visually inspect applicants and their belongings
Conduct periodic facility checks
Assist Site Supervisor and/or government officer
Manage and complete administrative paperwork
